Tuna and Olive Salad

INGREDIENTS
2 x 90g cans of tuna in olive oil
1 tomato
½ Lebanese cucumber
1 cup of shredded lettuce
8 olives
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp. olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and dress with olive oil
and lemon juice.

Serves 2
