200g chopped almonds
100g coconut flakes
100g dried apple
100g dried cranberry
200ml almond or coconut milk, to serve
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl then store in an airtight container.
Using 3/4 cup of mixed cereal, add either coconut or almond milk for a nutritious breakfast.
You can use your favourite nuts in the recipe. Depending on how much sweetness you desire you could also add more or less dried fruit. You can use raisins, dried chopped apricots or cherries or top with fresh seasonal fruits.
