Getting started

It’s a cliché, but it’s true. If you want to reach a destination, you have to start your journey. The Modere Weight Management Program offers a series of three easy-to-follow steps to help guide you.

We recommend you start by following the phases in order, but once you’ve got the hang of the program and changed your body, you’ll be able to use each phase according to your needs.
