Guess what? Our website and mobile app are getting an upgrade. Tomorrow, 1st of October we will have a modernised look and feel with an updated colour palate and user accessibility.
Less clicks? Yes please! Our Shop All is getting a refresher. What that means for you, is you now have less clicks to add your products to your SmartShip Profile OR your Cart with our new and improved Shop All page. Now named Quick Shop, you can now simply find your product, choose Add to SmartShip or Add to Cart and voila! Our Quick Shop now has images in the list view, making it easier to recognize your favourites.
While we’re at it, we have also made some improvements with our SmartShip & Save. You will soon notice that Now + SmartShip has now been removed to simplify the SmartShip Ordering process. Your SmartShip Manager will indicate your current and next month’s processing date, as well as your applicable SmartShip savings. You’ll also be able to view and edit your SmartShip total, shipping address, and payment information, plus you can see all the items in your SmartShip.
You have two options for new orders within your SmartShip Manager. If you need some items sooner, you can place a partial SmartShip order to be delivered before your next scheduled processing date. Simply select the items you want, submit your order and your partial SmartShip order will be processed. This will not affect your next scheduled SmartShip order, which will process in its entirety on next your recurring SmartShip date.
If you’d like to expedite delivery of your entire SmartShip order before the next scheduled date, select all items and click “Process Now”. This order will process the following day and will update your recurring SmartShip date to the same day the following month and thereafter. Keeping the different shopping options separate makes it easier for you to track when your next SmartShip order is due to process as you now must confirm any changes you make to your monthly template and SmartShip profile.
