Makes 8


400g frozen mango, thawed
4 scoops Axis Phytogolds
400g greek style yoghurt
1⁄4 cup light agave nectar
2 limes


  • Blend the mango, Axis Phytogolds and half the agave nectar to form a puree.
  • Mix the yoghurt with the remaining agave nectar.
  • Spoon mixture into popsicle moulds alternately to create a marbling effect.
  • Freeze overnight.
  • To serve, remove popsicles from the freezer and allow to sit at room temperature until they slip out easily from the moulds.
  • Serve garnished with lime zest.
