INGREDIENTS
⅔ cup rolled oats
1⅓ cups coconut milk + extra to drizzle
⅔ cup water
2 scoops Axis PhytoGolds
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup toasted coconut flakes
½ cup blueberries
METHOD
- Place oats, coconut milk, water, Axis PhytoGolds and turmeric into a medium saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, bring to the boil, then simmer until thickened, stirring continuously.
- Pour oats into bowls, drizzle with extra coconut milk and maple syrup.
- Top with coconut flakes and blueberries.
