A message to our valued customers

Just like you, we are trying to digest the information regarding COVID-19 and what it means for us all.

Our first priority, of course, is the safety of our staff and everyone that we come in contact with, directly or indirectly, and to implement measures in support of the government regulations to minimise the risk.

As it stands now it is business as usual in Australia, as we continue to take, process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

We will do our very best to continue to get orders delivered to you in a timely manner, understanding that there may be some delays due to restrictions that may be imposed. Our Customer Excellence Team is here to support you. As we are experiencing a higher call rate than normal, email, Live Chat and SMS are the most efficient ways to contact us.

At the moment our warehouse is considered an essential service, as is StarTrack and APD for deliveries. Our service providers have implemented their own policies and processes to minimise any risk.

We have stock in our warehouse, and providing we maintain normal patterns of ordering behaviour, we will have ongoing product supply. We have placed additional orders and will continue to monitor on a daily basis.

In some instances, we are awaiting ingredients from suppliers globally which is out of our control, this means some products will inevitably be delayed in one way or another, and details will be available on the ordering website.

All that being said, the most important thing is everyone’s health, please do whatever is necessary to minimise your risk of exposure to Covid-19.

Stock Outages

Due to us selling above forecast quantities, extended lead times in customs and some ingredient shipments being delayed, a few of our much-loved products are currently out of stock.

We understand the frustration that this news brings, particularly at a time where these products are so valuable. Rest assured, we are working with our suppliers to ensure we get each of these products back online as soon as possible.

Once these products do become available, we also ask you to please be considerate in the way you shop – so there is enough supply for all.
