INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1 1/4 cups of Modere Choc Shake Pea Protein
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 2 tbsp of SHAPE Blackberry
- 1 cup of chopped almonds (used for rolling)
METHOD
Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Add all ingredients in a food processor, pulse a few times to incorporate ingredients except the almonds and then process on high until well combined and the mixture begins to stick together.
Pick up 1-2 tablespoons at a time of the mixture and roll into small balls then roll in the chopped almonds.
Set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
