One of the easiest, no-cook breakfast options that will leave you with a healthy grab-and-go breaky to enjoy throughout the week – plus it’s packed full of protein!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk of choice
4 tsp honey
4 heaped tbsp Chocolate Shake Pea Protein

To Serve
¼ cup yoghurt or milk,
2 tbsp nut butter of choice
Banana chips
Pecans

METHOD

  • Place oats, milk honey and protein powder into a bowl and stir well to combine.
  • Place into a covered container and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Next morning, stir well and add either yoghurt or milk.
  • Place into a bowl and top with a swirl of nut butter, crushed banana chips and pecans.
