INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1 x mango
  • 1 x banana
  • 2/3 cup cooked beetroot
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2-3 tsp of fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 2 scoops of PhytoReds

METHOD

In a blender, blend mango, cooked beetroots, banana and cabbage. Follow this by adding almond milk, chia seeds, fresh ginger and Phytoreds. Add honey and blend until smooth.

Fill up a tall glass and enjoy!
