INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
- 1 x mango
- 1 x banana
- 2/3 cup cooked beetroot
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 2-3 tsp of fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 scoops of PhytoReds
METHOD
In a blender, blend mango, cooked beetroots, banana and cabbage. Follow this by adding almond milk, chia seeds, fresh ginger and Phytoreds. Add honey and blend until smooth.
Fill up a tall glass and enjoy!
