Wow your party guests with this vibrant red Granita, packed full of PhytoGoodness.

serves 4 – 6


600g frozen raspberries, thawed
4 scoops Axis PhytoReds
½ cup light agave nectar
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup toasted coconut flakes
Fresh raspberries


  • Place a medium-deep baking tray into the freezer at least half an hour before making the granita.
  • Place raspberries, Axis PhytoReds, agave nectar and lime juice into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine meshed sieve to remove raspberry seeds.
  • Pour the mix into the cold tray.
  • Scrape the mix with a fork every hour until fine crystals form.
  • Serve granita topped with toasted coconut flakes and fresh raspberries.
