INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup frozen (unsweetened) raspberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup fresh blueberries or strawberries
1 tbsp honey
1 banana
1 tsp fresh ginger (finely grated
1 tsp ground LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
Fresh lemon juice (to taste)

Blitz all ingredients in blender until smooth and enjoy.
