INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 Scoop protein powder of choice (we love Choc Shake Pea Protein)
  • 2 scoops PhytoReds
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender then blend until smooth.

Fill up a tall glass and enjoy!
