INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 Scoop protein powder of choice (we love Choc Shake Pea Protein)
- 2 scoops PhytoReds
- ½ ripe avocado
- 2 tsp Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender then blend until smooth.
Fill up a tall glass and enjoy!
